The ministry of Deacon is integral to the life and mission of the local Church. As servants of the local Bishop in cooperation with the leadership of Presbyters and other Deacons, they serve the faithful in the ministry of Word, Worship, and Charity.
The Deacon 360™ Suite is a set of leadership selection, development and evaluation solutions focused on the phases of Diaconal Aspirancy, Candidacy and Post-Ordination formation. This suite now includes the Applicant 360™ (available February 2020) which is designed to assist Deacon Formation Programs in their selection process.
